完整结肠系膜切除术与传统根治术治疗结肠癌的效果研究
Study on the effect of complete mesocolic excision and traditional radical surgery in the treatment of colon cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of complete mesocolic excision(CME) and traditional radical surgery in the treatment of colon cancer.Methods:120 patients with colon cancer were selected from January 2011 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional radical operation,and the observation group was treated with complete resection of mesentery.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total efficiency of treatment was 96.67%;in control group,the total efficiency of treatment was 86.67%;in the observation group,the total efficiency of treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,we compared the postoperative complications and adverse circumstances of the two groups,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Complete resection of mesentery colon cancer treatment effect was remarkable,after resection,the probability of occurrence of complications and adverse situation was relatively low,therefore,complete resection of mesentery was worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
