丙泊酚联合小剂量舒芬太尼用于无痛胃镜检查的临床观察
Clinical observation of propofol combined with small dose of sufentanil in painless gastroscopy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the safety and efficacy of propofol combined with small dose of sufentanil in painless gastroscopy. Methods:430 cases of voluntary use of painless gastroscopy patients were selected and randomly divided into A group and B group. A group was given only propofol intravenous administration to achieve gastroscopy.B group was given propofol combined with small dose of sufentanil 0.1 μg/kg to achieve gastroscopy.The propofol dosage when eyelash reflex disappearing, intraoperative blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation changes,conscious departure from the hospital time,patients'self satisfaction after wake up this 5 aspects of patients in two groups were observed and compared.Results:The propofol dosage of B group was less than that of A group,the adverse reaction occurrence rate was obviously less than that of A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Propofol combined with small dose of sufentanil can be safely used in painless gastroscopy,and the propofol dosage is small,the recovery is faster and the leave hospital time is short,the adverse reaction occurrence rate is low.关键词
