腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术临床分析
Clinical analysis of laparoscopic myomectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods:80 patients with uterine fibroid were selected from February 2013 to August 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each. The control group was given the lower abdominal transverse incision for removal,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.Results:In the observation group,the operating time of was (70.5 ± 2.2)minutes,the bleeding amount was (113.9±53.5)mL,the body temperature recovery time was (1.2±0.7)days,the anal exhaust time was (26.9± 7.7)hours,the hospitalization time was (5.1 ± 2.1)days.In the control group,the operating time of was (80.1 ± 13.5)minutes,the bleeding amount was(165.6±31.2)mL,the body temperature recovery time was (2.1±0.5)days,the anal exhaust time was (44.1± 5.2)hours,the hospitalization time was (8.6 ± 2.1)days.The two groups were compared with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopic myomectomy has small trauma,less bleeding,rapid clinical recovery.It is worthy of the clinical promotion.关键词
