Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Ku Die Zi Injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:198 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 99 cases in each,the treatment group was given the Ku Die Zi Injection 20 mL plus 5%glucose 250 mL(or saline),intravenous drip.The control group was given salvia miltiorrhiza injection.1 time/day in two groups,14 days were 1 treatment course.Results:In the treatment group,the symptoms of angina and ECG,dynamic ECG and treadmill exercise test ECG improvement were respectively in 84 cases and 86 cases.In the control group,the improvement of angina pectoris and ECG were respectively in 64 cases and 66 cases. Whether the improvement of angina symptoms or ECG,treatment group and control group had significant difference,symptom improvement was very significant( χ 2=7.04,P<0.01),ECG improvement was obvious(χ2=4.83,P<0.05).Conclusion:The Ku Die Zi injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease was significantly better than salvia miltiorrhiza injection.关键词
