Abstract
Objective:To study the curative effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation combined with minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of young children tibiofibula fractures serious displacement,to explore its clinical applicability.Methods:52 children with tibiofibula fractures serious displacement were divided into the experimental group in 30 cases and the control group in 22 cases.The experimental group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation combined with minimally invasive surgery.The control group was given conventional treatment.The intraoperative and postoperative related indicators were recorded,and the curative effect were compared.Results:The bleeding amount of the experimental group was less,the operation time, fracture healing time and start loading time were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication occurrence rate of the control group was 25.62%, the experimental group was 12.40%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation combined with minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of young children tibiofibula fractures serious displacement has good curative effect,high safety.It is worthy of popularization and application关键词
