Application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in breast focal lesions
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of breast lumps benign and malignant lesions.Methods:45 breast lumps of 40 patients were observed by contrast-enhanced ultrasound.The perfusion characteristics and enhancement degree of contrast agent(injection with sulfur hexafluoride micro bubble) in lumps of patients with breast lumps were analyzed.Results:The malignant tumor was inhomogeneous enhancement,the benign lesion was enhanced uniformity,the diagnosis rate of breast malignant tumor in this study was 83%.Conclusion:The contrast-enhanced ultrasound provides more accurate information for the differential diagnosis of breast benign and malignant tumor.It is helpful in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant.关键词
