Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics of gastric neuroendocrine carcinoma.Methods:16 patients with gastric neuroendocrine carcinoma were selected from 2009 March to 2013 December,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 16 cases of gastric neuroendocrine carcinoma,there were 12 cases of small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma,4 cases of large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma;13 cases were located in the cardia and fundus of stomach,2 cases were located in small curvature,1 case were located in the antrum;11 cases had lymph node metastasis;the positive rate of Syn,CgA,CD56 respectively was 87.5%,62.5%,75%,three combined positive expression rate was 100%.Conclusion:The primary site of gastric neuroendocrine carcinoma was the cardia and fundus of stomach,lymph node metastasis rate was high;the combined detection of Syn,CgA,CD56 can improve the detection rate of gastric neuroendocrine carcinoma.关键词
