Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of color B ultrasound in the diagnosis of portal hypertension liver cirrhosis. Methods:55 patients with portal hypertension liver cirrhosis were selected as the observation group,at the same time 55 cases of physical examination personnel were selected as the control group.The patients were given color B ultrasound in the diagnosis of portal vein situation,the diagnostic results were compared.Results:The splenic vein diameter,portal vein diameter and Qsv/Qpv value of the observation group were larger than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the portal vein diameter≥1.4 cm group,the medium and severe esophageal gastric varices cases were significantly more than that of<1.4 cm group(P<0.05).In the splenic vein diameter>0.9 cm group,the medium and severe esophageal gastric varices patients were significantly more than that of the splenic vein diameter≤0.9 cm group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using color B ultrasound in the diagnosis of portal hypertension liver cirrhosis can accurately measure the portal vein and splenic vein of patients,measures the inside diameter change and portal venous blood flow of patients,provides the necessary reference for patient diagnosis.It has higher application value.关键词
