手术室护理配合对骨科切口感染的影响
Influence of nursing coordination in operation room on incision infection in department of orthopedics

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of nursing coordination in operation room on incision infection in department of orthopedics.Methods:100 patients with operation treatment were selected from June 2013 to October 2014.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing,and the experimental group strengthened the aseptic nursing.We compared the effect of nursing care of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,nursing effect was better than that of the control group;in the experimental group,the wound infection rate was 2%,the functional life of postoperative score was (89.62±2.65),quality of life score was (92.32±5.63);compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing care in operation room can reduce the rate of wound infection in department of orthopedics,and improve the prognosis of the patients.关键词
