Nasal septum malignant pleomorphic adenoma in 1 case and literature review
摘要
Abstract
To report the clinical data of 1 case of nasal septum malignant mixed tumor,for functional endoscopic sinus surgery, postoperative pathological examination and long-term follow-up,and unifies the related literature review that lesion scope limitation of the nasal septum malignant mixed tumor can be completely resected under nasal endoscopic,the prognosis is good. Nasal septum malignant mixed tumor is rare,the diagnosis must be combined with medical history and physical examination,the definite diagnosis must depend on pathological examination,the treatment is given priority to with clean surgical resection and supplemented by radiotherapy.关键词
