Abstract
Objective:To analyze the adverse reaction of AIDS outpatient taking National free antiviral drugs.Methods:240 patients with AIDS were selected from August 2010 to September 2014.The adverse reactions during treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After taking the national free antiretroviral treatment,240 cases of AIDS adverse reactions were gastrointestinal symptoms,bone marrow suppression,liver damage,fatigue,nervous symptoms,drug rash,peripheral neuritis,visual changes,hair loss.The number of cases of adverse reactions were 68 cases(28.3% ),46 cases(19.1% ),30 cases(12.5% ),28 cases(11.6%),20 cases(8.3%),18 cases (7.5%),15 cases(6.25%),12 cases(0.5%),3 cases(0.12%).Conclusion:The adverse reactions of AIDS outpatient taking National free antiviral drugs during treatment occur with age,regimen,and immune status.关键词
