经胃镜金属支架置入治疗上消化道狭窄56例分析

Abstract
Objective:To study the safety and efficacy of metal stent implantation under gastroscope in the treatment of patients with stricture of upper digestive tract.Methods:56 patients with stricture of upper digestive tract were treated with metal stent implantation under gastroscope.Results:Among all of those 56 patients,54 cases were successful placement of a metallic stent at once time,and the dysphagia relieved obviously,in which 2 cases with esophageal tracheal fistula were plugged effectively,metallic stent was taken out after 1 week in 1 case because of unbearable pain,1 case was taken out after 1 day because of dyspnea caused by tracheal compression,the success rate was 96.4%.Conclusion:Placement of a metallic stent in patients with stricture of upper digestive tract is a safe and effective method.It can relieve the obstruction symptoms longer,and improve the quality of patients life.关键词
