噻托溴铵治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效观察
Clinical effect observation of tiotropium bromide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of tiotropium bromide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:80 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from August 2013 to August 2014 treated were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were given isopropyl bromide,and the observation group were given tiotropium bromide.After the treatment for 14 d,the clinical curative effect of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.00% (30/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of tiotropium bromide in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was superior to the conventional drugs, which could promote the clinical effect,worthy of further popularization and application.关键词
