Discussion on hormone combined with receptor agonist inhalation and simple hormone inhalation in the treatment of asthma in children

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of glucocorticoid combined with long-acting beta 2 receptor agonist inhalation and simple glucocorticoid inhalation in treatment of asthma in children.Methods:60 cases of children asthma were selected from January to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients of the control group were treated by simple glucocorticoid,and the observation group with glucocorticoid combined with long-acting beta 2 agonists for treatment.The treatment effect of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effect of patients in the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group,the effective rate of treatment of the patients in the two groups showed significant difference,the results with statistical significance(P<0.05).The safety of the treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Glucocorticoid combined with receptor agonist inhalation in treatment of children asthma with significant clinical effect,high safety,this kind of combined method is better than simple hormone therapy.关键词
