摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect analysis of artificial femoral head replacement and anti rotation intramedullary fixation in treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly.Methods: 146 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were selected from January 2009 to December 2012.The were divided into the intramedullary fixation group of 69 patients and the artificial femoral head replacement group with 77 patients according to the operation method.We compared the intraoperative,postoperative complications,restoration of the two groups patients.Results:The effect of the two groups were satisfied;the length of incision,operation time,the amount of intraoperative bleeding of the intramedullary fixation group were better than those of the artificial femoral head replacement group;the hospitalization time,hip function score,the rate of complications of the artificial femoral head replacement group were better than those of the intramedullary fixation group. Conclusion:Two kinds of operation methods can be treated the fracture of femur in the elderly effectively.For patients with good physical condition,bone is stable.We can choose a preferred intramedullary fixation;for elderly patients with severe osteoporosis, and we can choose artificial joint replacement first.关键词
