2型糖尿病患者中合并Hp感染的临床观察
Clinical observation on patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with Hp infection

Abstract
Objective:To explore the Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to analyze the incidence of hypertension,hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia.Methods:986 patients with diabetic were selected from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2013.We observed hypertension,hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia and other conditions in the infection group and non infection group using the 14C breath test,and statistical analyzed the records of the results.Results:The complications of infection group was significantly higher than that of the non infection group,and the incidence of hypertension,hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia were higher than the non infected group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The infection rate of Hp in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was higher,and the incidence of hypertension,hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia and other disease in this part of crowd was increasingly,so the medical workers need to pay more attention on it.关键词
