Curative effect and safety of Chinese bone setting manipulation with minimally invasive operation in the treatment of children severely displaced fractures of tibia and fibula

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect and safety of Chinese bone setting manipulation with minimally invasive operation in the treatment of children severely displaced fractures of tibia and fibula,and investigate its clinical applicability. Methods:52 patients with severely displaced fractures of tibia and fibula were selected.They were divided into the experimental group with 30 cases and the control group with 22 cases.Patients in the experimental group were treated with chinese bone setting manipulation and minimally invasive operation;while in the control group were given conventional treatment.We recorded the index during and after the surgery,and compared the curative effect between two groups.Results:Compared with the control group, the experimental group had less bleeding,and the operation time,fracture healing time and start loading time were shorter,the differences was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).The complication rate of the control group was 25.62%,while the experimental group was 12.40%,the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese bone setting manipulation with minimally invasive operation in the treatment of children severely displaced fractures of tibia and fibula has good effect and high safety,so it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
