Analysis of the value of TCT combined with colposcopy detection in diagnosis of cervical lesions

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of TCT combined with colposcopy detection in diagnosis of cervical lesions. Methods:600 patients with cervical disease were selected from February 2013 to November 2014,all of them were detected by thinprep cytologic test(TCT) combined with colposcopy.Results:In this group,there were 25 cases diagnosis of inflammation by pathological,10 cases were diagnosed as low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL),5 cases were diagnosed as high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL),and 1 cases were diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma(SCC).Among those 30 cases diagnosis of inflammation by TCT;there were 10 cases diagnosed as ASC-US;2 cases as LSIL,and the diagnostic accordance rate was 20%;there were 2 cases diagnosed as HSIL,and the diagnostic accordance rate was 40%;1 cases was diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma,and the diagnosis accordance rate was 100%.A total of 26 cases were diagnosed of inflammation by colposcopy;there were 9 cases of LSIL,and the diagnosis accordance rate was 90%;5 cases of HSIL,and the diagnosis accordance rate was 100%;4 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,so colposcopy diagnosis has the highest coincidence rate.Conclusion:TCT combined with colposcopy can significantly improve the detection rate of cervical lesions,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
