Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care on children with diarrhea. Methods:170 infantile diarrhea were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were given routine care,while the observation group implemented clinical nursing path care,then we compared the time consumption on health education,the average hospitalization time and the average hospitalization expenses between the two groups.Results:The time consumption on health education,the average hospitalization time and the average hospitalization expenses in the observation group were obviously shorter than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);on the other hand,the cognitive degree of health education knowledge and satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group both were better than the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing path applicated in nursing care on infantile diarrhea can shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the hospitalization expenses,and can effectively improve patients' satisfaction on nursing,so it has good effect on clinical nursing, and worthy of promotion in clinical.关键词
