妇科宫颈癌护理中的人文关怀以及心理护理
Humanistic care and psychological nursing on patients with cervical cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing and humanistic care in patients with cervical cancer.Methods:84 patients with cervical cancer were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 42 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing after operation,while in the observation group were added psychological nursing and humanistic care based on the routine nursing,then we compared the nursing satisfaction and improvement of mental status in patients of the two groups.Results:The rate of mental disorders,the discharge rate and the total effective rate of the research group were reduced higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant,P<0.05;the total satisfaction rate in the research group was 97.62%,significantly higher than that in the control group of 71.43%,the differences was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing and humanistic care on patients with cervical cancer after operation can help them to eliminate the psychological barriers, improve nursing satisfaction of patients,and accelerate the recovery after surgery,so it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
