摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of preoperative visits applies to the whole operating room nursing.Methods:120 patients were selected from August 2013 to October 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given routine preoperative preparation,the observation group on this basis, having preoperative visit.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:To compare the clinical nursing effect of patients in two groups,satisfaction with nursing observation group was 96.7%,and the control group was 73.3%.Nursing effect was significantly lower than the observation group,and there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of holistic nursing in operation room,patients given preoperative interview can eliminate or alleviate the patients negative emotions,improve the patients' satisfaction to nursing care,and reduce the incidence of complications.It plays an important role,worthy of promotion.关键词
