Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute left ventricular failure.Methods:82 cases of patients with acute left ventricular failure were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given conventional treatment,and the experimental group were given noninvasive positive pressure ventilation therapy on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.6%,which was significantly higher than 70.73% of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute left heart failure had distinct curative effect.关键词
