Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods:136 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected from August 2013 to August 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 68 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given amlodipine treatment,while patients in the experimental group were treated with amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets.Medical personnel and medical level of the two groups was the same.After 1 months treatment,the therapeutic effect of patients in two groups was compared.Results:In the experimental group,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were(125.3 ± 10.7) mmHg and (82.6 ± 5.5) mmHg respectively,while those in the control group were(135.7±10.5) mmHg and (92.4±6.8) mmHg,so the decreases of blood pressure in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(ta=5.721, tb=9.240, P<0.05);the total efficiency of the experimental group was 88.2% ,significantly higher than the control group of 47.1% ,the differences was statistically significant( χ 2=6.261, P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets use in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease has significantly effect.It can control the blood pressure of patients effectively,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
