Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of azithromycin combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of pneumonia in the elderly.Methods:140 elderly patients with pneumonia were selected from January 2013 to November 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 70 cases in each. The control group was given levofloxacin 500 mg/,1 time/d,and intravenous meropenem 1 g/times,1 time/8 h,while in the observation group, patients were given intravenous azithromycin lactobionate for injection 500 mg/time,1 time/d,and also given cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium(2:1) through intravenous injection,1 time/l2 h.Results:The differences in IL-6 (interleukin-6),IL-8(interleukin-8) and TNF-α (tumor necrosis factor) were statistically significant between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment, those indexs of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).In the observation group,49 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective, and 1 cases was invalid, the total efficiency was 98.6%;while in the control group,28 cases were cured,24 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective, and 10 cases were invalid, the total efficiency was 85.7% ;the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection on senile pneumonia has curative effect,so it is worthy of promotion.关键词
