角膜基质内注射氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜炎的疗效分析
Analysis of the therapeutic effect of fluconazol injection in coneal stroma in the treatment of fungal keratitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of fluconazol injection in coneal stroma in the treatment of fungal keratitis.Methods:57 patients with fungal keratitis were selected from October 2013 to October 2014.All the patients were given fluconazol injection in coneal stroma,and analyzed the therapeutic effect.Results:In 57 patients in this study,there 42 cases were cured(73.68%);13 cases were improved(22.81%);2 cases were invalid(3.51%),the total efficiency was 96.49%.There was none case occured corneal incision infection.Without obviously irritation and pain after the injection,and also had none of the patients with corneal endothelial decompensation.The hospitalization time was 6~30 days,and averaged(14.2 ± 6.8) days.Conclusion:Fluconazol injection in coneal stroma use in fungal keratitis can promote the healing of ulcer effectively,and shorten the hospitalization time obviously,so it has value to be spread in clinical.关键词
