摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the method and curative effect of patients with hemodialysis vaccinated hepatitis b vaccine. Methods:71 cases of patients with normal nine before blood transfusion and liver function were vaccinated reorganized hepatitis b vaccine 20 μg in 0,1,6 month,and the curative effect were observed after 3 months of vaccination.Results:67 cases of patients had HBsAb drops≥10 mIU/mL and the antibody concentration (494.02±331.94) mIU/mL,and the positive rate was 94.36%.A few cases had pain of the vaccination site.Conclusion:Reorganized hepatitis b vaccine had high HBsAb turning positive rate and less adverse reaction,which could protect the patients with hemodialysis effectively.关键词
