Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of ankle joint fracture.Methods:45 patients with ankle fracture were selected from May 2012 to May 2014.They were treated by open reduction and internal fixation.Through the follow-up,we observed the fracture healing and functional recovery of ankle joint of all patients. Results:45 patients were followed up after discharge,follow-up time was 5 to 12 months,average was (7.9 ± 1.8) months.All patients with operation wound were healed at the first stage,there was no incision infection,nonunion of fracture,traumatic arthritis and internal fixation of fracture and so on.Remove fixed time in patients was 6 to 18 months,average was (11.7±2.4) months. According to the Baird-Jackson ankle joint scoring system,we evaluated the clinical curative effect:excellent in 31 cases,good in 10 cases,satisfactory in 4 cases,poor in 0 case,the excellent and good rate was 91.11%.Conclusion:Open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of ankle joint fracture had good clinical efficacy,and complications were few,and it was worth the clinical promotion.关键词
