摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of selective uterine arterial embolization in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:41 maternal with postpartum hemorrhage were selected from January 2010 to January 2013.All of those patients were treated with selective uterine artery embolization,then we observed the clinical therapeutic effect and the occurrence of complications in patients.Results:After operation,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure has increased significantly,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate of patients decreased significantly after operation(P<0.05), hemoglobin content increased significantly,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addation,there has no obviously adverse reaction and complication.Conclusion:Selective uterine artery embolization in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce patient pain,restore the normal physiological index of patients, and also safe,effective,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
