Comparison of recovery of sevoflurane and desflurane for pediatric anesthesia maintenance

Abstract
Objective:To explore the comparison of recovery qualities after anesthesia maintenance of sevoflurane and desflurane in pediatric anesthesia.Methods:60 children with operation were selected from February to December 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The control group was given inhalation of sevoflurane anesthesia maintenance.The observation group was given inhalation of desflurane anesthesia maintenance.The eyes open or body movement times,fully awake times and adverse reactions after anesthesia were compared between children in two groups.Results:The eyes open or body movement time and fully awake time of the observation group was shorter than the control group(P>0.05).The occurrence rate of cry,dysphoria,nausea and vomiting,severe pain and other adverse reactions in the control group was 30.0%,which was significantly higher than 10% of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After using desflurane for anesthesia maintenance in pediatric anesthesia,the eyes open or body movement time,fully awake time and adverse reactions of children are significantly better than those of sevoflurane.It is worthy of the clinical promotion.关键词
