Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of elemene injection preparation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer with brain metastasis.Methods:36 advanced lung cancer patients with metastatic were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 18 cases in each.Patients in the treatment group were taken radiotherapy combined with elemene injection,while the control group were only given radiotherapy treatment.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 66.7%,and the control group was 44.4%(P<0.05);the efficiency of KPS scale in the treatment group was 83.3%,and the control group was 50%(P<0.05);after the end of treatment,the symptoms of hemiplegia,headache,disturbance of consciousness in the treatment group improved significantly than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elemene injection combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer with brain metastasis can enhance the curative effect,increase effect of radiotherapy,and improve the quality of patients life effectively.关键词
