颈部坏死性筋膜炎伴纵隔感染的诊治分析

摘要
Abstract
Necrotizing fasciitis is a kind of soft tissue infection,its mainly characterized was subcutaneous tissue and fascia slide wire,and often accompanied by systemic toxic shock.Most of the patients infected with variety of mixed bacteria,mainly for gram negative bacteria,anaerobic bacteria and streptococcus hemolyticus,it will damage immune function in systemic and local tissue,in which,mediastinum infection is one kind of common infection.2 cases with cervical necrotizing fasciitis and mediastinal infection were selected from 50 cases who admitted from February 2011 to February 2014,then we analyzed their diagnosis and treatment data.关键词
