Abstract
Objective:To explore the current situation and development trend of continuing nursing in discharged patients. Methods:120 discharged patients were surveyed from June 2013 to June 2014.They were given continuing nursing care.Results:With the continuing nursing work in advance,most patients were satisfactory to continue nursing,and most patients had mastered the basic information and processing method of disease.Conclusion:Continued nursing was a new nursing approach based on humanistic nursing and holistic nursing.It established the good communication and interaction between medical staff and patients and family members of patients.It was helpful to the recovery of patients,and it was worthy of promotion.关键词
