前馈控制在手足口病突发性流行期护理管理中的应用
The application of feedforward control in nursing management of hand foot and mouth disease at sudden epidemic period

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of feedforward control in nursing management of hand foot and mouth disease at sudden epidemic period.Methods:120cases of children with severe hand foot and mouth disease at sudden epidemic period were selected from April 2011 to April 2014.According to the different methods of care,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was given nursing management under the guidance of the feedforward control,and the control group was given conventional nursing.We compared the overall effect,immune function of the two groups.Results:①The overall effect:in the observation group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that in control group(4.82±0.62 vs 8.18±0.98)days,the overall effect was better than that of the control group (97.06% vs 79.79%);②Immune function indexes:in the observation group,IgG,IgM,IgA level was higher than that of the control group(13.42± 1.69 vs 7.92 ± 0.95,2.55 ± 0.34 vs 1.81 ± 0.23,1.21 ± 0.16 vs 0.55 ± 0.08)g/L.Conclusion:Nursing management under the guidance of the feedforward control can help to shorten the hospitalization time,improve the overall efficacy,improve immune function,and reduce myocardial injury.It is ideal nursing methods of hand foot and mouth disease at sudden epidemic period.关键词
