社区高血压健康教育效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the hypertension health education in community.Methods:40 cases of patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given conventional treatment,and the observation group were given health education based on the control group.The effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment, the etiology known rate,symptoms known,risk factors known,diet control,exercise therapy,the importance knowledge of self-monitoring of the two groups improved obviously,and there were significant differences compared with before treatment(P<0.05).After health education,the knowledge known rate about hypertension of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased obviously,and the observation group decreased more significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education could improve the disease awareness of the elderly patients with primary hypertension and lower blood pressure significantly.关键词
