甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病误诊分析
Analysis of misdiagnosis of hyperthyroid heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the causes of misdiagnosis of hyperthyroid heart disease,to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis. Methods:19 cases of misdiagnosis of hyperthyroid heart disease patients were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.We observed the clinical manifestations and treatment effect.Results:In this group of 19 patients,11 cases were misdiagnosed as coronary heart disease;3 cases were misdiagnosed as hypertensive heart disease;dilated cardiomyopathy and rheumatic heart disease were all 2 cases;1 case was misdiagnosed as pulmonary heart disease.Conclusion:Hyperthyroidism heart disease was easy to be misdiagnosed.For patients with unexplained rapid arrhythmia,cardiac enlargement,heart failure,they should be given a thyroid function test,in order to improve the diagnosis of the disease,and reduce misdiagnosis.关键词
