Abstract
With the continuous improvement of prison modern civilization degree,guaranteeing the criminal health rights has been paid more and more attention.The investment for the prison hospital is constantly increased,the medical technology level of prison hospital is constantly improved,the prison staff health level has been greatly improved.But the prison hospital is restricted by objective conditions,the actual medical support capability and criminal's growing health needs have a certain distance.The criminal in order to avoid hard labor,pseudomalady and malingering occurre frequently,the prison hospital medical risk can not be underestimated.Therefore,it must establish a highly responsible attitude for regulatory security,improve the understanding of guarantee criminal health rights,guide by the scientific development perspective,increase the medical facilities investment, improve the medical technology level;in accordance with the law to practise medicine,standardize the medical behavior;establish system,strictly implement;strengthen medical quality,avoid medical risks,ensure the medical security of prison hospital,make the contribution for the prison safety supervision.关键词
