Abstract
In this paper,the role of clinical pharmaceutical care and shortage in the primary hospital were summarized based on the analysis of 3 cases with typical clinical pharmaceutical care in actual working practice,to explore the importance of clinical pharmacists participating in clinical pharmaceutical care and the working contents and methods in the primary hospital.The clinical pharmacists participating in the consultation and guiding the design and implementation of clinical medication scheme was beneficial to improve the level of clinical drug treatment and the rational drug use of the patients.关键词
