Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of unarmed rotating fetal head in the treatment of dystocia with occipitotransverse position and occipitoposterior position.Methods:62 cases of dystocia puerperal with occipitotransverse position and occipitoposterior position from September 2013 to September 2014 were randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The observation group corrected the fetal head position by unarmed rotating fetal head,the control group were given the general processing,the birth injury rate,the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,the natural births rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The birth injury rate,the rate of postpartum hemorrhage of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural births rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Unarmed rotating fetal head could correct the head position of dystocia with occipitotransverse position and occipitoposterior position and did not affect the newborn.It could enhance natural births and reduce the damage to the maternal,worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
