鼻内镜下低温等离子治疗鼻出血的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of to observe the low temperature plasma endoscopic in the treatment of the nasal hemorrhage.Methods:The data of 48 cases of patients with nasal hemorrhage treated with low temperature plasma endoscopic treatment from January to August in 2014 were analyzed retrospectively and the bleeding and prognosis were summarized.Results:Follow-up for 0.5 to 1 year,44 cases had no hemorrhage after 1 time of treatment,3 cases had no hemorrhage after 2 times of treatment,1 case of patients with intractable hemorrhage controlled bleeding after nasal filling treatment.All patients were successfully discharged from the hospital and no complications occurred.Conclusion:The low temperature plasma endoscopic in the treatment of the nasal hemorrhage was worth promoting due to the convenient operation and safe and effective.关键词
