Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the operation treatment on 156 cases of colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction.Methods:156 patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction who were treated with surgical operation treatment.They were divided into the staging operation group(60 cases) and the one stage operation group(96 cases) according to the operation situatio.We compared the incidence rate of complications,hospital stay and cost of hospitalization and other index situation of the two groups patients.Results:All of the patients were discharged from the hospital after the operation.The difference of complication rate,hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the two groups patients with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction patients,they were given one stage surgery operation treatment has less hospital costs,lower incidence of postoperative complications.关键词
