抗生素治疗、关节镜下清理及术后置管持续冲洗术治疗化脓性膝关节炎的疗效

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of antibiotic treatment,arthroscopic debridement and continuous irrigation of post operation pipe in the treatment of suppurative arthritis of knee joint.Methods:We used the antibiotic treatment, arthroscopic debridement and art postposition tube continuous lavage method to treat 52 cases of suppurative knee arthritis patients respectively.The clinical effects were observed.Results:Follow up of 6 months to 3 years,The patients were cured,no recurrence.There were excellent in 40 cases,good in 10 cases,well in 2 cases,poor in 1 case.Conclusion:Antibiotic treatment, debridement under arthroscopy and surgery post tube continuous lavage are effective ways of the treatment of suppurative arthritis of knee joint,according to the appropriate method to select different patients.关键词
