Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of edaravone combined with Xueshuantong in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:From January 2012 to May 2014,in search of CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang published knowledge service platform of edaravone combined with Xueshuantong randomized and quasi randomized controlled trials for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,according to the Cochrane manual quality standard of RCT score to evaluate the quality of the literature,Meta analysis was carried out using RevMan5.1 software.Results:In 15 clinical studies,a total of 1 384 cases,the results of Meta showed that edaravone combined with Xueshuantong can improve the patients with acute cerebral infarction and total effective rate and cure rate,daily life ability and improve the neurological function,the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion:The clinical effect of edaravone combined with Xueshuantong in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe and effective.关键词
