慢性胃炎的中西医结合治疗临床疗效研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods:160 cases of patients with chronic gastritis from March 2013 to March 2014 were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese and western medicine group and the control group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group were given routine western medicine,and the traditional Chinese and western medicine group were given Chinese traditional medicine prescription on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the patients in the two groups were observed. Results:The cure rate and the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese and western medicine group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Hp eradicate rate of the Chinese and western medicine group was 91.25%,that of the control group was 77.50% ,there was statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis could improve the clinical symptoms effectively and eradicate the helicobacter pylori,improve the clinical curative effect,and do not increase the adverse reactions,which was safe effective treatment,worth promoting.关键词
