摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the interference and elimination measures of hyperlipidemia on biochemical inspection items. Methods:70 cases of blood specimen of patients with hyperlipidemia were collected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each.The control group was processed with specimen refrigeration method.The observation group was processed with high speed centrifugal.The test indexes of blood specimen in two groups were compared.Results:The differences of ALT、AST、TP、GGT and other indexes contents of the control group before and after the processing were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of indexes contents of the observation group before and after the processing was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of hyperlipidemia,it must use specimen refrigeration and specimen refrigeration method for effective processing.It can effectively reduce the interference of blood specimen on the inspection work,provide accurate data basis for clinical,and it also can improve the curative effect and improve the quality of prognosis.关键词
