Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical and endocrine and metabolic characteristics of the obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:160 patients with PCOS were divided into the obese group with 60 cases and non obese group with 100 cases,at the same time,we selected 100 patients who were treated for the tubal factor about the regular menstruation,basal body temperature duplex infertility as the control group,and they were divided into the simple obesity group with 25 cases and the normal control group with 75 cases.All patients were given the height,weight,waist circumference and body measurement,at the same time,they were also given the color doppler examination and the reproductive endocrine examination and so on.Results:The weight,body mass index,waist circumference,waist hip ratio of the obesity observation group were significantly higher than those of the non obese observation group(P<0.05);the weight,body mass index,waist circumference,waist hip ratio,hirsutism score of the simple obesity group were significantly higher than those of the normal control group(P<0.05);all of the observation group acne grading were significantly higher than those of all the control group scores(P<0.05);the SHBG of the obesity observed group and simple obesity control group were significantly lower than that of the non obese observation group and normal control group(P<0.05);the comparison of free testosterone and estradiol between the obesity observation group,non obesity observation group and the simple obesity control group,normal control group had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The endocrine and metabolic disorder of the obese PCOS patients is more serious than non obese type patients.关键词
