Effect of psychological nursing in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:200 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each.The control group was taken conventional care,while the observation group was given psychological nursing on the basis of in the control group.Results:After nursing,the disease cognitive standard cases and timely review cases of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The anxiety and depression level scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction 99% of the observation group was significantly higher than 83% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the psychological nursing of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases can significantly improve the disease cognition level of patients,reduce the incidence rate of anxiety and depression of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients.关键词
