摘要
Abstract
Objective:To further explore the effect and nursing countermeasures of elderly patients with respiratory system diseases in grassroots community hospital.Methods:100 elderly patients with respiratory system diseases were selected from January 2010 to January 2011.The clinical data were studied in detail.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.50 cases of the control group received conventional treatment of respiratory diseases and health education guidance.50 patients of the study group underwent comprehensive community care nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The Patients' pulmonary function and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:The pulmonary ventilation function indexes in patients of the study group was significantly better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The quality of life of patients in the study group was significantly better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthen community nursing for elderly patients with respiratory system disease can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of further research and promotion.关键词
