Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of application of crisis management in emergency nursing management.Methods:100 patients were selected as the study group;at the same time,100 patients with the same disease were selected as the control group;the study group was given the crisis management measures,the control group was not given the crisis management measures.We compared the effect of application of crisis management in emergency nursing management.Results:In the study group,1 case had crisis events,88 cases were successful rescue,87 cases of writing were qualified,patient satisfaction was 98.3% ;in the control group,3 cases had crisis events,65 cases were successful rescue,60 cases of writing were qualified,patient satisfaction was 85.6%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the emergency nursing management process,the application of crisis management can improve the patient satisfaction and success rate of rescue.关键词
