肾内科患者360例尿路感染病原菌分布及耐药性研究
Pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance research of 360 cases of patients with urinary tract infection in urology department

Abstract
Objective:To explore the pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance of patients with urinary tract infection in urology department.Methods:The urine from 360 cases of patients with urinary tract infections were collected for pathogen detection.Results:The resistance of fungus to tzobctm and imipenem was lower;the resistance of gram-positive cocci to penicillin and clindamycin was higher;the resistance of gram-negative bacilli to the third generation cephalosporin and quinolone was high.822 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated,which included 102 strains of fungus(12.4%),219 strains of gram-positive cocci(26.6%) and 501 strains of gram-negative bacilli(60.9%).Conclusion:The main pathogenic bacteria causing patients with urinary tract infection in urology department was gram-negative bacilli.The distribution and drug resistance of this pathogenic bacteria should be monitored closely in order to reduce the incidence of drug resistant strains and hospital infection.关键词
