糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰患者血液透析对胰岛素治疗影响的观察
The observation of the influence of hematodialysis on the insulin treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy chronic renal failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of hematodialysis on the insulin treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy chronic renal failure.Methods:40 patients with diabetic nephropathy chronic renal failure were selected.The serum insulin levels of all patients were measured before dialysis.The patients were given insulin long-acting plus short acting agents mixture to control the glucose in the normal range,and given hematodialysis.Results:With prolonged dialysis time,the insulin dosage was gradually reduced,which was compared with the pre dialysis with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diabetic nephropathy chronic renal failure patients with hematodialysis treatment should always check the blood glucose.With prolonged dialysis time,the insulin dosage is gradually reduced to prevent the occurrence of hypoglycemia.关键词
